The protocol consists of over 50 great tasting, gourmet protein
foods. The protocol is simple; eliminate carbohydrate / sugar stores and the
body must burn fat for energy. This is done by reducing calorie dense,
nutrient poor carbohydrate foods with highly nutritious, bio-available
protein isolates and amino acids. The protocol is quick, easy and most
