SWOTLinkSWOT Analytical Model
for Business Evaluation

How often have you wished you had a simple and easy-to-use model for business modeling and planning? Would you know which tool to use to produce a business model if your client asked you to? From business plans to business models, there is an underlying methodology to support your needs.  Here is a model for business planning and management that has served me well throughout my career.

The SWOT Model…strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats …is a tool that I’ve taught for business analysis in several graduate programs as well as the model of choice in my own career.  Most models tend to place a requirement on the user to have a high level of technical expertise to properly use it. The questions associated with this model allows you to drill deep to identify your clients needs in a way that is understandable and validating to your client.

If you need  a comprehensive and inclusive business planning model, our SWOT Certificate Program offers significant benefits in understanding current practices, marketplace and competition in order to identify business needs. This can be used in your own business or to guide in you in advising your clients..

We have developed a compact, 2-hour SWOT seminar that will expose you to the key components of SWOT as well as the supporting environmental analysis. With handouts, speaker notes, and a 23 key questions power point presentation, we provide a practical guide to what may be the most powerful strategic management tool.

From the high level Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats approach to reviewing the functional elements in each area of the model, the slide presentation gives you scope and reference of how a SWOT analysis functions.  We discuss how to use SWOT to develop the image of a business from the “90,000 foot strategic level” down to the “boots on the the ground” front line staff operations.

This is a comprehensive overview of the SWOT Analysis, allowing you to clearly see the benefits of using such a methodology. We are offering this special introductory session for just $39.95.
